Shape your career

During our two-year graduate programme, you’ll take part in secondments that let you experience different functions or parts of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) group.

Supporting your development

You’ll be supported throughout the two-year scheme by Energus, a specialist subsidiary of the NDA, which runs the programme on behalf of the group. In exchange for your contribution, you’ll receive investment in your development and help to secure a future role in the NDA group.

In addition, you can expect:

A starting salary of £30,000 per year and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, as well as six discretionary days leave for study and relocation

What we need from you

Your commitment to help deliver our mission and support your own development


A minimum of a 2:2 in a relevant degree subject, or equivalent, achieved within the last five years


Full right to work in the UK


Successful completion of security clearance checks


Applicants must be willing to potentially relocate across the UK to complete secondments and travel as required for training and work purposes
